Encompass Communications and Learning, Inc. was honored this month as a finalist in the “Learning Content” provider category for the 2023 Excellence Awards, presented annually by the Life Sciences Trainers & Educators Network (LTEN™). The awards recognize innovation and impactful developments by training professionals and teams, characterized as “practitioners” (those within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and diagnostics industries) and “providers” (those within the training industry specializing in those fields).
Encompass’s creative, customized, pragmatic approach to developing learning programs and materials for its industry clients has earned its spot as a 2023 finalist. The company’s comprehensive learning journeys focus on introducing training and development activities and topics in stages, to help prioritize and maximize reinforcement and make the learning stick. Encompass comprises a team of experts with backgrounds in the life sciences industry, which comes through in the high caliber content they create for clients.

As part of the awards finalist announcements earlier this month, LTEN also revealed the 2023 Members of the Year, including Jenn Lalli, Encompass’s senior director of business development and marketing, in the provider category. Jenn has served as an LTEN ambassador for 2 years, as well as on the LTEN Editorial Advisory Board and Social Media Engagement Community. The winners are chosen for their promotion and support of LTEN programs, content, and events.

LTEN will announce the winners of the 2023 Excellence Awards on June 14 at a special ceremony held during the network’s annual conference.
