Teva Pharmaceuticals’ Commercial Training and Development (CT&D) team of North America asked for our help in creating and launching a new initiative highlighting Teva’s partnership with the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) to support women in the business of healthcare.

The Challenge:

CT&D needed to communicate to all employees the benefits available through Teva’s HBA corporate sponsorship. Their goals were to further advance the professional development of women across Teva, encourage men to become active allies, and significantly boost HBA membership among both women and men.

Solution:

We drew on our expertise to create a quarterly newsletter that promotes HBA resources, highlights Teva’s HBA success stories, and champions internal organizations dedicated to parity. To boost readership, we helped launch a series of membership drives and provided ongoing support with publicity and communications.

Aha Moment:

By helping create an ongoing publication that reaches all colleagues, we better enabled CT&D to foster—and significantly grow—Teva’s HBA community and create lasting benefits for its members.

Outcome:

Our partnership increased Teva’s HBA membership numbers, expanded a wide range of professional development opportunities, and supported Teva’s inclusive culture and core values.

These successes were recognized with the 2022 Industry Partnership Excellence Award from the Life Sciences Trainers & Educators Network (LTEN), which we share with Teva!
