Allyson is an astute, performance-driven, and experienced learning and development professional with a master’s in adult learning and instructional technology. She spent close to 20 years with a large medical device manufacturer, where she successfully led or contributed to commercial learning and development projects here in the U.S. and globally. At Encompass, Allyson advances organizational performance by creating dynamic, activity-based training programs for the modern learner. She engages with clients from design concept to final regulatory approval on programs dedicated to sales onboarding, sales and leadership capabilities, sales meetings, and product launches.
What do you most enjoy about your work?
I love helping commercial teams thrive by creating learning that is meaningful, memorable, and fun. To accomplish this, I enjoy applying proven instructional design processes and learning principles to the many types of assets we create.
Hobbies
In the great outdoors, I enjoy cycling, kayaking, and hiking. In the great indoors, I love watching NFL football, cooking meals, and decorating my home. I also spend quite a bit of time with my life partner, his kids, and my pets.
