Encompass Communications and Learning—along with longstanding client and partner, Teva Pharmaceuticals—received the Industry Partnership LTEN Excellence Award from the Life Sciences Trainers & Educators Network (LTEN). Announced during a live ceremony in San Antonio, TX, on June 15, the honor recognized Encompass’s support in launching an initiative highlighting Teva’s partnership with the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) to advance women in healthcare.
“We’re extremely proud to have been acknowledged for this partnership,” said Jim Gamgort, Encompass Managing Partner and Chief Commercial Officer, who accepted the award on stage with Jennifer Bryan, Head of Commercial Training & Development at Teva Pharmaceuticals. “Our focus on being true partners with our clients has always been more than a slogan on a website or banner. It drives everything we do at Encompass.”
The LTEN Excellence Awards recognize trainers, leaders, teams, and training partners that have demonstrated the highest degree of creativity, innovation, and collaboration. Along with winning the Industry Partnership Award, Encompass was a finalist for the Learning Content LTEN Excellence Award, which recognizes suppliers that have created superior customized or off-the-shelf learning content in the past year.
