Chapin leads the design, development, and deployment of many of our training solutions, including workshops, eLearning modules, video, performance support documents, and more. Her expertise includes training in leadership and management, advanced selling skills, sales coaching, and software/applications. Chapin works closely with our clients to uncover their learners’ attitudes, current skill levels, and the gaps that exist in order to ensure our solutions meet their needs and align to their organization’s business objectives. In addition to holding a Master of Science in instructional technology, she received first place in the 2011 AECT PacifiCorp Design & Development Competition, a global competition in the field of instructional design. She speaks as a subject matter expert at industry conferences and has been published in top industry journals. (Yeah, she’s awesome.)
What do you most enjoy about your work?
The variety of my work–partnering with clients to find creative solutions for their needs means I’m always learning and never bored. Sometimes I feel a bit like Sherlock Holmes, and I love it!

Kayaking, loving her border collies Adam and Humphrey, and attending Comic Cons and an annual Harry Potter convention with her husband
